About the workshop
Think of someone in your life who can support you in your mental health recovery journey – a friend, family, or loved one. Would you like to find out more about communicating your needs and expectations with one another in a way that keeps the relationship healthy?
Come join us in our Art of Friendship workshop where we focus on:
– Identifying needs and expectations in relation to mental health challenges.
– Understanding the needs and expectations of your support system.
– Practising flexibility to align needs and manage expectations fairly.
Open to young working adults to learn how to identify and communicate your needs within your friendship.
This workshop will require you to invite a friend, family, or loved one who is supporting you in your mental health journey. A large part of the workshop will be dedicated to talking about these needs and expectations directly with each other. Please sign up as a pair!
If you are a Circles of Resilience member, this workshop may enrich your CR conversations surrounding the theme of Connectedness!
